We enjoyed our stay here, very nice and quite area, with many places in walking distance for food, nails and entertainment. The room was nice, it's only drawback for my husband was that it did not have a mini fridge or a microwave, thankfully we had our bag cooler and the hotel offers bagged ice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and each time I visited the onsite restaurant the staff there was amazing.

Hotel Indigo Vinings is absolutely incredible. The property itself is beautiful — it feels like a charming Cape Cod–style home, with a lovely pool, relaxing hot tub, waterfall, and a great fitness center. But what really made our two-night stay outstanding was the staff. I was traveling with my son who has autism, and every single interaction we had was warm, kind, and welcoming. From providing a shuttle ride a couple miles away (so we didn’t have to deal with traffic), to small things like getting a razor and shaving cream or grabbing snacks, the staff treated us with genuine care and respect. The biggest surprise? I accidentally left behind a pair of shorts that hold a lot of sentimental value. When I called the next morning, they had already found them in the closet — and within an hour, someone had personally taken them to UPS to be shipped back to me. If I could give this hotel double the stars, I would. I’m truly blown away by the hospitality and would return here in a heartbeat.

Clean rooms. Nice pool although the hot tub could’ve been hotter. I gave it four stars for that and because there was no fridge in the room and that was a bit inconvenient. But we truly enjoyed our stay! Check in with Elizabeth was smooth she was great! And Ariel at the bar was outstanding! Her and Malik kept me laughing. Compliments to the chef too!

stayed twice: Once for New Years' Eve with friends and then my friends stayed again a few days later due to a family emergency (I paid for second stay so this is my review second-hand). Both times we were so impressed. The hotel is pretty, extremely well located, and everything we saw was clean as a whistle and pretty up to date. This has not been my experience in travels nationwide since 2020 with many hotels having a hard time keeping up with maintenance. The shower was beautiful and spotless, the beds were comfy and the rooms had lots of natural light. We were surprised how reasonable the prices were. The only slight downside was that they're understaffed both at the front desk and the restaurant. I hope it was due to holidays, but if not they should add more staff. Those who were working did all they could to make everyone feel at home, but there was a snafu with the first booking that resulted in an hour's delay for check-in while they find the type of rooms we actually booked. And it took a while to get served at the restaurant, though the food we had was good (actually the best fried okra I've had since my grandmom was alive). The second stay was last-second and I called from work to make the reservation for my friend while she was dealing with the emergency. I was nervous her check-in would not be smooth without me being there, but the sales staff made everything work easily with no hitches. My friend said they were so sweet to her and her son, and really made them feel welcome and at ease. As for me, knowing that they had a safe, convenient place to stay while I was working (and finishing moving furniture into my guest room) was a huge load off my mind and heart. I'll definitely recommend this place to any people I know traveling to the area, and I can't wait to see their future renovations unveiled.

Room was very clean and staff was extremely kind. Staff helped us with such a sweet attitude whenever we had any questions or needed any assistance. The AC in the room seemed to run warm despite being set on a low temperature. Typically turning it on and off fixed it but it would have been nice to not worry about it at all. Despite the one hiccup, I would definitely rebook and stay here again

The hotel is a little tired. The towel hanger on the sink was lose, there was a burn mark on the outlet in our bathroom, the door knob in the women’s bathroom on the second floor was about to fall off, ceiling tiles in the hallway were wonky… The pool was nice and they got new furniture while I was there. This was the best part of the stay. The fitness room had 1 of 3 decent treadmills. One treadmill belt was frayed and the other treadmill had an error code and it wouldn’t work (something to do with the safety key). There was a good selection of dumbbell, medicine balls, two benches, House keeping was really nice we stayed for two weeks and they did a great job.

I booked this hotel based on decent reviews and close proximity to a customer. It was clean, the staff were great. I got in early so they let me use a space in the lobby to work. They play music in the lobby the staff was upbeat humming and singing and laughing. That always makes it more pleasant. I like the decor it’s interesting kinda artistic, a little homey and a little boho. The bed in my room was super comfortable.
